Does not function properly.
Too small to perform like it should: does not turn fast enough to produce a whistle sound, does not stay upright because it doesn't spin fast enough. Twice this size and with a separate bottom would be changes that would allow it to function properly. Miles K is an excellent company and their products are usually good, this one isn't at all.

Good Quality
Even though it's smaller than the vintage metal tops, it's just like them. Reminds me of my days as a kid. Well made and makes a great gift.
