I have purchased many of these
They are great! We've tried many different pads and these are the best. No worries about night time leakage. For full night incontinence we use 2-3 overlapping for full coverage.

I have had really good luck with this product
My Aunt has Alzheimer's and is confined to bed and is unable to let us know when she needs to use the bed pan and so we keep one of your washable waterproof bed mats under her at all times even though she also has on a diaper (which sometimes leaks) but this way she stays dry and comfortable.
