  • Step 1: Print Our Pre-Paid Shipping Label

    Our money-saving returns are simple. Just request and print a pre-paid UPS return label, and we’ll deduct a flat $8.99 shipping fee from your refund. Shipping rates through UPS or the USPS are almost always higher, so using the pre-paid label will save you $5 or more!

  • Step 2: Prepare Your Package

    Repackage items exactly as you received them – boxes, tags, packing slip, and all. Then attach your pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.

  • Step 3: Send It Back to Us

    Take your sealed package to any UPS location or drop-off box. We’ll refund your order within 10 days of receiving it, minus the $8.99 shipping fee.
